Assistant Director for Compliance
Aisley Carter was named the Assistant Director for Compliance in August of 2016.
In her new position with the Red Storm, Carter is primarily responsible for overseeing Bylaw 15, maintaining all sports team squad lists/equivalencies, processing all NLI and scholarship requests, and serves as the athletics liaison to other departments across campus.
Prior to her role at St. John's, Carter was the Compliance Coordinator and SAAC Advisor at the University of West Florida. At UWF, she worked with the Associate Athletic Director on day-to-day compliance operations including developing best practices, interpretations, and rules education for all student-athletes, coaches, and athletics staff. She also was instrumental in implementing the university's first-ever Football program in preparation for their inaugural year.
Before her two-year stint at West Florida, Carter worked as the compliance graduate assistant and received her Master's in Sports Management from St. John's in 2014.
Carter graduated from Rider University in 2011 where she was a four-year member of the swimming and diving team and served as her team's SAAC representative. While at Rider, she was the 2011 individual MAAC Champion in both the 1 and 3 meter boards and earned MAAC Diver of the Meet honors. In 2009, her team won the MAAC conference championship by beating out long time rival Marist.
