percentage in 30 games (24 starts) … finished the season on a
12-game hit streak, over which he hit .432 (19-for-44) with six
doubles, eight RBI, 13 runs scored and a .490 on-base percentage …
was the team's leading hitter (.455) with runners in scoring
position … missed 16 games with a knee injury in the middle of the
season (April 11-May 7) … had five hits in three BIG EAST
Tournament starts (May 23-26) and hit .455 in the championship …
doubled twice, collected three RBI and scored two runs in a 12-7
win over West Virginia (May 25) … started the final two games of a
series at Cincinnati (May 19-20), going a combined 3-for-8 with a
double and two runs scored ... scored the eventual game-winning run
in the Saturday series finale … went 2-for-3 with two walks and two
runs scored against USF (May 13) … returned to the St. John’s
lineup from injury against Long Island (May 10) ... singled and
scored a run in four at-bats … posted a third consecutive multi-hit
game at St. Francis (April 4), going 2-for-2 with a double and
three RBI … had two hits in each of his two games played against
Georgetown (March 31-April 1), going 4-for-8 with two RBI and three
runs in the series … went 1-for-4 with a triple and run scored in
the series opener at Villanova (March 24) and 1-for-2 with two
walks and two runs in the series finale … hit RBI singles in games
against Albany (March 14) and at the College of Charleston (March
12) ... eighth-inning single at C of C gave the Red Storm a lead in

As a Sophomore (2005)
Appeared in 23 games and made six starts behind the plate … hit
.171 with a double, five RBI and eight runs scored … also walked
six times and had a .341 on-base percentage … made just one error
behind the plate and had a .989 fielding percentage … went 1-for-5
with two RBI and two walks against St. Peter's (April 12) … reached
base in four of his five plate appearances, scored three runs and
drove in one at Fairleigh Dickinson (April 6) … singled and scored
two runs at Columbia (March 29) … started the season opener versus
Northwestern State and went 1-for-3 with a double and two RBI (Feb.
18).
As a Freshman (2004)
Appeared in 18 games, including six starts … all six starts were
behind the plate as a backup to Joe Burke … batted .231 for the
season (6-for-26) with two doubles and five RBI … had his first
multi-hit game, with a pair of singles, in a win over St. Francis
(April 6) … had his first collegiate hit, a two-run double, in a
win over Wagner (March 31) … drove in his first collegiate run with
a sacrifice fly in the team's win over FDU (March 21).

was named to the all-league, all-county, all-area, and All-North
Jersey teams in baseball both his junior and senior years … earned
