Team Notes
St. John's has now defeated four ranked opponents (No. 13/13 Georgetown, No. 9/11 Notre Dame, No. 3/3 Duke and No. 10/9 Connecticut) this season, the most since downing six ranked squads in the 1999-2000 season.
St. John's has two-straight wins against Connecticut for the first time since the 1999-2000 season, when St. John's posted three-straight wins against UConn between Jan. 16 and March 11.

Individual Notes
One game after leading St. John's with a career-high 32 points, Dwight Hardy set a new career-high with a 33-point effort and became the first St. John's player to score 30 in back-to-back games since 2003 when Marcus Hatten scored 31 and 30 against Seton Hall and Providence, respectively. The senior was 5-of-8 from long range to match a career-high in treys made in a game and has had at least three 3s in six games this season.
With a 20-point, 11-rebound effort, D.J. Kennedy posted the 12th double-double of his career and second this season. Kennedy also reached the 20-point plateau for the 13th time this year.
Paris Horne finished with 12 points to mark his third double-figure game in the past four contests and seventh overall this season.
Sean Evans, who racked up 19 points and 10 rebounds in his previous game against Connecticut, netted seven points and grabbed a season-high eight rebounds in a season-high 21 minutes of action.
