Harry Cooksley Named to BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll|

QUEENS, N.Y. -
After helping the Red Storm earn a point from Creighton for the second-straight year, Harry Cooksley has been named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll, it was announced this morning by the conference office.
The senior from London scored both of the Red Storm’s goals in a weather-shortened 2-2 draw with the Bluejays on Friday night. He evened the match at one a side less than a minute in the second half on a penalty kick before putting the Johnnies ahead 2-1 just about 10 minutes later in the contest.
Cooksley put forth his stellar effort in just his second game back from an ankle injury that sidelined him for most of September. He now has three goals on the season, good enough for second on the squad despite playing in just six games on the campaign.
Cooksley and the Red Storm, who rank third in the BIG EAST standings nearing the midway point of the league slate, return to action tomorrow evening, traveling to Princeton for a 7 p.m. contest with the Tigers.
