The Joe Tartamella Girls Basketball Camp dates have been set for the summer of 2013 and it will feature three sessions to chose from.

Session I will take place July 1-5, Session II will be held July 29 - Aug. 2 and Session III will be Aug. 5-9. All three sessions will be held at Taffner Field House on the Queens Campus of St. John's University. Camp will begin promptly at 9 a.m. and conclude at 3 p.m. each day. Additional information is below.

Camp Price List:
Session I: July 1-5
Single Camper Tuition is $220
** Please note there is no camp on Thursday, July 4 ** 

Session II: July 29-Aug. 2
Single Camper Tuition: $275

Session III: Aug. 5-9
Single Camper Tuition: $275

CAMP DISCOUNTS & SPECIALS

• August Camps discount: $500 for both weeks:
• St. John's University Employee & Alumni discount: $25.
• As a group of five or more: $255 for weeks of July 29 and Aug. 5 ($20 per person).

Fundamentals and Fun!

• For girls entering grades 3-9.
• Receive a camp discount with groups of five or more (only during Session II & III).
• Camp staff includes St. John's University women's basketball coaches.
• Campers are grouped by age and ability level.
• All participants receive a free camp T-shirt with tuition. 
• Prizes, awards and certificates for all campers.
• Coolers will be provided for bag lunches or there is an option to purchase pizza for lunch.
• Camp day includes: individual skill work, team play, lunch break, guest lectures and games!
• NCAA Educational Session.
• What to bring: Sneakers, shorts.
• Camp is fully insured.
• Please note that NCAA Rules prohibit media attendance at all camps and clinics.

2013 Joe  Tartamella NEXT LEVEL Elite Girls Basketball Camp (June 21 & Aug. 9)

Head coach Joe Tartamella and staff will host the NEXT LEVEL Elite Girls Basketball Camp on Friday, June 21 and Friday, Aug. 9. The camps are open to high school student-athletes, entering grades 9-12, who are serious about playing on the college level. The camp will include intense college-level workouts and drills instructed by Tartamella, staff and student-athletes. 

The schedule for June 21 is from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., while the Aug. 9 campe is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. 

Tuition is $30 per camper and includes: 

• A camp t-shirt
• College-level skill development for all positions (posts and guards)
• Competitive game simulations
• Individual as well as group instruction
• Q&A session with current St. John's student-athletes
• NCAA education session

2013 St. John's Women's Basketball Team Camp (Aug. 10-11)

The Red Storm will also be hosting a high school team camp at Taffner Field House from August 10-11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Open to any and all 9-12th grade teams, teams will engage in instruction and will have the opportunity to play four games during two days. The schedule will be announced daily.  Camp will also include an NCAA educational session. 

Tuition is $350 per team. T-shirts are included for all campers with tuition.
