At Kellenberg Memorial: Lettered four years in track & field and cross country ... captained both the cross country and track & field teams ... finished 13th overall in the steeplechase at the New Balance Nationals ... two-time intersectional/Catholic state champion in the 2000-meter steeplechase ... won the indoor 3000-meter intersectional championship her senior season ... crowned 2012 New York Relays Steeple Champion ... named freshman MVP and eventually team MVP of her cross country team during her career ... member of the 2010 cross country intersectional champions and the 2012 indoor and outdoor track & field intersectional champion teams ... holds personal best times of 2:19 in the 800-meters, 4:51 in the 1500-meter run, 5:12 in the mile run, 10:36 in the 3000-meter run and 7:14 in the 2000-meter steeplechase.

Personal: Daughter of Karen and Patrick Conroy ... has three siblings, a twin Christina who attends Sacred Heart University, Ceara (12) and Alana (10) ... listens to house music to get pumped up for races ... aspires to be a physician's assistant ... inducted into the National Honor Society ... volunteered at St. Edward the Confessor school.
