As A Senior (2013-14): Indoor - One mile: set a personal best with a time of 5:24.46 at the Armory Collegiate Invitational (Feb. 8) ... placed 17th at the NYU Saturday Night Shootout (Jan. 18) in 5:33.56 ... 3,000-meters: clocked a time of 10:32.14 at the BIG EAST Championship (Feb. 22), placing 18th ... 5,000-meters: placed seventh at the Metropolitan Championships (Jan. 31) in a time of 18:44.10 ...Outdoor - 3,000-meters: placed eighth at the Princeton Quad (April 12) in a personal-best time of 10:47.62 ... claimed the individual title at the SJU Monday Meeting (April 21) in 10:53.81 ... 1,500-meters: clocked a seasonal-best time of 5:02.71 at the Sam Howell Invite (April 4), placing 21st ... 10,000-meters: placed 16th at the BIG EAST Championship in a time of 40:37.74.

As A Junior (2012-13): Selected to the 2012-13 BIG EAST Conference All-Academic Team ... Cross Country - Finished as St. John's top runner at four meets during the 2012 season and earned All-East honors thanks to her performance at the ECAC Championships ... opened her campaign by placing sixth for the Red Storm and 11th overall at the Hofstra-Brick Stone Memorial Run in a time of 20:31 for 5K (Sept. 8) ... finished 16th overall in a time of 20:03 for 5K at the C.W. Post Invite (Sept. 15) ... led St. John's for the first time of the season by placing 30th overall out of 123 runners at the Metropolitan Championships in a time of 19:59 for 5K (Oct. 5) ... was the first Red Storm runner across the finish line and placed second overall at the STJ XC Fall Festival in a time of 15:49 for 4K (Oct. 14) ... placed 79th overall in a time of 24:26 at the BIG EAST Championships (Oct. 26) ... ran a personal best time of 22:46 for 6K in one of her best performances of her career at St. John's as she led the Red Storm by finishing 147th at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships (Nov. 10) ... secured All-East Honors and placed first for St. John's in placing 22nd at the ECAC Championships in a time of 19:12 for 5K (Nov. 17) ... Indoor/Outdoor - did not compete due to injury.

As A Sophomore (2011-12): Cross Country - Achieved a top-five team finish in every race she competed in ... finished third on the team at the 6K Iona Meet of Champions (Sept. 17) with a time of 24:02 ... placed 13th overall at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 7) with a 5K time of 18:58 ... registered a sixth place finish overall at the STJ Fall Festival (Oct. 16) with a 4K time of 14:42.6 ... Indoor - earned a second-place finish in the 3,000-meter run at the Bill Ward Invitational (Dec. 8) with a time of 10:51.52 ... ran her fastest career mile time at the Fordham Christmas Classic (Dec. 10) with a 5:28 performance ... Outdoor - placed fourth in both the 5,000 and 10,000-meters at the Metropolitan Championships (April 13 and 14).

As A Freshman (2010-11): Indoor - Developed into one of the top performers on the team during the course of the season ... finished 11th overall in her first career race at the 5K C.W. Post Invite (Sept. 18) with a time of 19:58.90 ... recorded a 14:48.53 to mark her best 4K time of the season at the STJ Fall Festival (Oct. 17) ... led the team at the 6K NCAA Northeast Regionals (Nov. 13) with a time of 22:59 ... earned her season best 5K time at the ECAC Championships (Nov. 20) with a 19:19 performance ... represented St. John's at the USATF Junior Cross Country Championships (Feb. 5) in San Diego ... Indoor - placed fourth in the mile run at the Bill Ward Invitational (Dec. 8) with a time of 5:37.72 ... finished seventh at the Metropolitan Championships (Jan. 29) with a time of 10:44.83 in the 3,000-meter run... registered a time of 18:22.23 in the 5,000-meter run to finish fourth at the Metropolitan Championships (Jan. 29) ... ran her best 3,000-meter time of the year by posting a 10:25.46 at the NYRR Night At The Armory III (Feb. 12) ... Outdoor - won the 5,000-meter run at the Walt Disney World Invitational (March 18) by running a 18:11.00 time ... placed fifth at the Rutgers Invitational (April 9) with a season-best 3,000-meter time of 10:16.50 ... won the 1,500-meter run at the St. John's Monday Meeting (April 11) with a time of 4:57.78 ... qualified for the ECAC Championships with a winning 10,000-meter time of 36:36.10 at the Metropolitan Championships (April 15).

At Niskayuna: Lettered five years in track and cross country ... served as cross country team captain in 2009 ... named Section 2 All-Star in track in 2007-08 and in cross country in 2005 and 2008 ... holds six school records in outdoor and two in indoor competition ... finished 13th in the two mile race at the Nike Indoor Nationals ... served as treasurer and president of Youth to Youth ... was treasurer of the Multicultural Society ... member of the National Honor Society.
