As A Junior (2007-08): Served as captain ... Cross Country - named team MVP ... led St. John's in six-consecutive races, including all four postseason races ... had the top time for the team in all three events ... earned All-East honors, finishing in the top 20 at the ECAC Championships 5K (Sept. 17) with a season-best time of 19:16.0 ... the first St. John's athlete to make All-East since 2000 ... placed first at the STJ Fall Festival (Oct. 14) with a season-best 4K time of 14:08 ... finished 12th at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 5) with a season-best 6K time of 19:39 ...
