As A Sophomore (2017): Played in all 119 sets and 33 matches on the year … led the team with 482 digs and 4.05 digs per set … finished with the sixth-most digs in a season in school-history ... placed fifth in the conference in digs per set and second in conference play with 4.48 digs per set … ranked third on the squad with 20 service aces and second with 67 assists … tallied seven matches of 20 or more digs, including the last four games of the season … ended the season with 14-straight contests of 10 or more digs … registered a career-high 27 digs in the regular season finale against Butler (Nov. 18) … dished out a career-best nine assists and 19 digs in a four-set victory over DePaul (Oct. 28) … notched 23 digs in just three sets at home against Marquette (Oct. 27) … recorded a career-high four service aces in a triumph at Providence (Oct. 22) … named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll three times (Oct. 10, Oct. 24, Oct. 31).

As A Freshman (2016):
 Played in 90 sets across 25 matches, making one start … recorded the third-most digs on the team with 198 and delivered 40 assists with six service aces … led the team with 2.20 digs per set playing mostly at libero … produced nine games with 10 or more digs … registered a season-high 19 digs twice during her rookie season against Butler (Sept. 24) and Villanova (Nov. 4).

At Florida State: Participated in every spring match for the Seminoles, except for one, before transferring to St. John’s.

At Broadneck: Played four years on the varsity team and was captain of the squad for one year … graduated high school a semester early and was on the honor roll for every semester.

Off the Court: Born in Annapolis, Md. … daughter of John and Elizabeth Sanabia, who both were in the Navy … has two older brothers Nick (24) and John (20) … majoring in mathematics … hobbies include swimming, working out and going to St. John’s athletic events … an interesting fact about Sanabia is that she was on the North Baltimore Aquatic Club (NBAC) swim team for two years, the same swim team that 23-time Olympic gold medalist, Michael Phelps competed on …  typical pre-game ritual includes blasting music … the most influential people in her athletic career are her brothers and parents … came to St. John’s because the coaching staff and other players were very welcoming … favorite quote is “Mind over matter.” … after St. John’s, she plans to attend graduate or medical school … favorite book is “White Fang” by Jack London … favorite food is sushi … favorite TV show is “The Office” … favorite movie is “The Wolf of Wall Street” … favorite professional athlete is Michael Phelps …  favorite song is “Closer” by the Chainsmokers.
