As A Sophomore In 2006: Appeared in 15 games
and started one … assisted on the game-tying goal at Fairfield
(Sept. 5) … played an arcing ball from the left side of the box
across the goal, which Vaila Barsley settled and rocketed into the
back of the net for the tie … started against Sacred Heart and
helped the Red Storm defense to a 1-0 shutout … provided solid
backfield play throughout the rest of 2006.
As A Freshman In 2005: One of three returning
players to start all 19 games … had an impressive debut season,
tallying two goals and an assist for five points … had her first
collegiate point against Bucknell (Sept. 2) … scored game-winning
goal in the Red Storm’s 1-0 shutout of Pittsburgh (Sept. 23) … made
the difference against Seton Hall (Oct. 14), lifting St. John’s to
a 2-1 victory with a second-half goal.
Before St. John’s: Played seven years of club
soccer for the Colorado Girls Soccer Academy … played three years
of varsity soccer at J.K. Mullen High School in Denver, Colo.,
before transferring to Arapahoe as a senior … led Arapahoe to the
State Championship game and earned second team all-state honors in
2004 … a three-year starter at Mullen … team won the Colorado State
Championship in 2001 … received all-conference and second team
all-state honors as a junior … finished with 19 goals and 32
assists in three years at Mullen.
