As A Junior In 2006: Was a constant offensive
threat for the Red Storm at forward, starting 16 games and totaling
three goals and four assists … named to the NYC Nike Classic
all-tournament team after scoring the game-winning goal against
Columbia (Sept. 8) … assisted on the first goal of the game against
Syracuse (Sept. 15) … had another assist on the Red Storm’s lone
goal vs. Louisville (Sept. 29) … followed that up with the
game-winner at Cincinnati (Oct. 1) in the 64th minute with a
soaring shot from 20 yards out on the left side of the field that
found the upper-right corner … recorded an assist in the Red
Storm’s 3-1 win over Seton Hall (Oct. 13) … added an insurance goal
in the first round of the BIG EAST Tournament against the Pirates
(Oct. 26) … chipped the shot over the SHU goalkeeper with 17
seconds left in the game to give St. John’s a 2-0 win.
As A Sophomore In 2005: Battled injuries to
appear in nine games, starting seven … was third on the team with
three goals … also notched two assists for eight points … scored
the Red Storm’s goal against Georgetown (Sept. 30) … had a
team-high 10 shots against Villanova (Oct. 2) … scored a goal and
had an assist at Seton Hall (Oct. 14), giving the Red Storm a 2-1
victory … matched that point total a week later at South Florida
(Oct. 21), tallying a goal and an assist.
As A Freshman In 2004: Made 18 appearances in
her freshman year … started 15 games … was third on the team with
18 shots … scored the game-winning goal in a 2-1 overtime win at
home against Seton Hall (Oct. 6) … had a solid performance in the
Red Storm’s come-from-behind win at Providence (Oct. 24).
Before St. John’s: Played club soccer for the
F.C. Royals for eight seasons, leading them to four-straight state
championships from 2000-03 … a four-year letterwinner at John F.
Kennedy High School … led Kennedy to the 2002 3A State Championship
… was a two-time all-state and all-league honoree … named team and
league Most Valuable Player as a senior … team captain in her final
season.
