As a Sophomore in 2006: Led the
team in walks (25), stolen bases (4) and plate appearances (217) …
ranked second in sacrifice bunts (9) … hit .295 with runners on
base … saw time as the starting shortstop, second basemen and
designated player … completed the season with career highs across
the board: games started (57), at bats (175), runs (38), hits (40),
doubles (5), triples (1), home runs (1), RBI (10), total bases
(50), slugging percentage (.286) and stolen bases (4) … registered
career highs in extra base hits with five doubles and one triple …
was one of only two players on the team to play in all 57 games …
finished the season ranked ninth in the BIG EAST in runs scored and
led the team with 38 runs … made a career high six trips to the
plate against Yale (March 19) … collected two runs, two hits and an
RBI in a 10-1 victory over St. Francis (March 15) … drove in two
runs against Connecticut (April 26) … notched her first career home
run against Florida International (Feb. 25) … continued her
dominance over Florida International, blasting her first career
triple in the same game.
As a Freshman in 2005: Appeared in
22 games, starting 18 … hit .229 with nine runs, 11 hits, two
doubles and five RBI … started in 13 BIG EAST games, driving in all
five of her RBI during league play and posting a .182 batting
average … hit .333 with runners in scoring position … was 2-for-3
with a season-high three RBI and a double against Providence (May
1) … had a hit, an RBI and a run in a doubleheader against
Villanova (April 17).
Before St. John’s: A four-year
letter winner at Canyon Springs … was a first team all-league
selection as a junior and second team selection as a senior,
sophomore and freshman … helped lead Canyon Springs to the league
championship as a senior … played two years for the Fillys Gold
club team.

two sisters, Monique and Heather, and a brother Charlie … would
like to become a teacher after graduation … majoring in theology
