As a Freshman in 2006: Earned time in 21 games as a rookie … recorded six runs on the season … came in as pinch runner in multiple games for the Red Storm … contributed to St. John’s 4-1 win over BIG EAST foe and then ranked No.17 Louisville by scoring one run … played in eight conference games, six of which the Red Storm were victorious in … scored her first collegiate run against Florida International at the Adidas Golden Panther Invitational (Feb. 26).

Before St. John’s:  Four sport standout for the North Canyon Rattlers in softball, track and field, golf and soccer … captained softball, track and field and golf teams her senior year … named Athlete of the Year in 2005 … earned first team all-region honors in 2004 for softball … in track and field, took the Region Champion title in 2003 and 2004 and was runner-up in the state of Arizona … competed with the Phoenix Scorpions over the summer of 2005.

Personal:  Born in Greeley, Colo. on January 28, 1987 … parents are Christine and Byron … has two older sisters, Kate and Erika … made the President’s List all four years of high school … Jasper Parnevik is her favorite athlete … majoring in communications arts.

Teammate that will surprise you this season:  Shauntaine Harris because she is an amazing athlete and solid player.
